In my analysis of things and the reason why Ive created a ceiling of up to type 5 advanced or modern Civilization only it is because for everyone to benefit from the developments and advancements of technology and science and biological studies otherwise the beings could become monstrous things of science and tech without having benefit to what or in what they've worked for above the 5th level stage advanced or modern Civilization and the rest of stages from the 6th to the 10th shall be done during the 1,000 years period so that we can be guided accordingly how to do that properly.

What is the New Program which doesn't actually point specifically to the past or future because of the time loop where the infinity sign of 8 was it's proof discovered by Nicola Tesla. The New program as a stable and much better replacement program of the replaced technologically focused only program which is incomplete because of its wrong orientation of pure technology, not actually adhering to the evil Darkside of symbolic presentation but since this is not a perfect World or Earth and the real perfection is in the 3rd Heaven by first tailoring our beings and souls to that it's a progression wherein it's historical representation and modernization representation was the Queen of Babylon with the Garden of Babylon at its peak of glory applied to Earth in Biological plantation created by King Nebuchadnezzar who was punished but later pardoned by God and the sophistication of the Dragon Jezebel not actually copying her evilness but the representation of technology at its maximum productivity focused and patterned or tailored on that. Now the real thing of programming encodings and listings and project creations shall now be 4 focused just like the 4 Living Creatures with 4 heads near God throne, just like the 4 heads of the Angel Cherubims, just like the Angels guarding at the 4 Corners of the Earth without yet the 4 Horsemen group effect representation because it wasn't their time yet to surface the reason why all their efforts specially against the Caesar King are failures because it wasn't yet their time scripturally and as they insist to insert they become failures and destroyed meaning they have to compete in growth. Just like the North East South West, meaning the program should be focused in encodings, listing and counting in numbers the properties and functionality of Human gifts and knowledge and skills and human numericals, the other creatures other than humans such as animals and other land moving creatures, birds and other flying living things insects, crawling and creeping creatures, swimming creatures food or not source or not living and non living things biologicals or not with their inherent functionalities and usage and the beings they represent, the Biological plantations of their types and varieties their scientific effects and nature usage and how they interact to each other or to other plantations or not, the technologies of their varieties, computers systems types and science and technology research and developments produce with their capabilities, usages, functionalities. robotics or not etc Those were sourced from Genesis until now onwards, the most complete method of encodings and listings with stable basis scripturally and scientifically and naturally. It would take sometime to do that that's why it's a progression, and I'm revisiting my orientational time event knowledge because as I've analyzed how come the end time will come and the real Armageddon 1 to happen when the scriptural verses of " Many shall go to and fro and knowledge shall abound." When the peak effect of that haven't happened yet to Earth because of widespread conflict hindering progress and development of human and Earthlings inhabitants reaching it's peak in technological achievements and nature glory rivalling or surpassing that of the alien type civilization. Meaning those things have to happen first prior to the end time and the time orientation of evil forces events conflicts and suppression initiation are all wrong in timing and orientation. The New Program of things is that I mentioned to be modeled and pioneered by the Land of Ophir Philippines and South East Asia and the New United States of America as a geared areas for the 2 Model Advanced Civilizations of the 2 is to 1 of everything. Although in most cases you can see, feel, hear, or smell hazards there are some cases where you can’t rely on that as there are some hazards that you can’t detect via seeing, feeling, hearing, or smelling it. Some examples of that include poisonous gases such as carbon monoxide or hazardous materials. You can’t see or smell or taste some gases. For example carbon monoxide is odorless, colorless, and tasteless meaning you can’t see or smell or taste it. However there are still some ways to detect these hazards. Step 1. If there are multiple patients at the scene check for their condition. If they are all experiencing the same symptoms at the same time it is a very good sign that there is either carbon monoxide or other poisonous gases or hazardous materials at the scene. For example if there are multiple patients who are all complaining of having flu like symptoms at the same time that is a very good indicator of there being carbon monoxide in the area. Step 2. Check for placards. Many vehicles that carry hazardous materials often have placards that show the type of material that they are carrying along with a symbol of the hazard. For example tanker trucks carrying gasoline or diesel fuel often have placards containing the word flammable or combustible along with the fire symbol. If you respond to the scene of a vehicle collision or train derailment and you see a placard that is a pretty good sign of hazardous materials being at the scene. Step 3. Trust your gut. If something doesn’t feel right or if your gut tells you that something is wrong listen to it and leave the area.
